Got to the airport around midnight. Ready to navigate clean airport. Bathroom were clean. Uber pick up was from B 19-20 area. Since landed in PR, its been a great experience.

One of my least favorite airports. The restaurants are a mix of American fast food: dominoes, popeyes; international fare: ramen, Spanish; and gas station food. And it's so expensive. Yes airports are expensive, but it's expensive and unsatisfying. Then the duty free is a waste of time. You can get the same items on the island and just pack it in your bag and save a bunch of money. And the security is super relaxed. I have a subdermal device that always get me pat down. I went through, they asked if I had a necklace, I said yes, and they cleared me. The airport isn't bad, it's just not good and spending time there isn't fun.

US Territory Advantage Even though it feels like a tropical escape, SJU is a U.S. domestic airport. No immigration for U.S. citizens arriving from the mainland. 10. Art and Island Vibes Inside, you’ll find an airport dotted with Puerto Rican art, bright colors, and that unmistakable island warmth the moment you land.

Great airport. Best advice be there 2 to 3hr early just to be on the safe side. Just please wary of one of elevators to the terminals it will get stuck especially trying to get out. Follow these steps when at the airport have your bags go threw scanner so they can yellow tag it, then go to the counter and have your bag checked in after that you have to get in line for TSA, it can be really quick so just be patient and you shall make it to your flight.

I was flying out of Terminal A at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, and honestly the experience getting in was rough. With everything going on around the government shutdown, TSA was extremely slow—long lines and pretty chaotic just to get through the initial checkpoint. Definitely give yourself extra time. The airport itself feels older and a bit worn down. It could really use a refresh. That said, once you’re inside, there are actually a lot of solid food options for breakfast and lunch, plus some good shopping and local snacks. On the bright side, flights seem to run pretty smoothly and leave on time, which helps make up for the hassle getting in. Not my favorite airport, but it gets the job done for the area.

let me begin by saying i had the absolute pleasure of having NAOMI as my server, and she made my night very special. boy does she know her stuff! she gave me amazing recommendations and knew everything about every single wine that came in my wine pairing. she even threw in a few fun & interesting facts! as for the restaurant itself, there is no a la carte optikn, just a 5 course meal, but you are able to choose which dish you want for each course... with the exception of the navy bean soup which automatically comes as your 2nd course, but rightfully so! 🤤🤤 a creamy navy bean texture with pork flavors and truffle sprinkled on top makes a fantastic soup! another standout dish for me was my 3rd plate: rabbit with kale pasta and mushrooms. the flavor that bursts out from a bite of the mushroom complements the rabbit perfectly and the al dente texture of the kale pasta really rounds out the dish. i highly recommend the wine pairing, especially for this dish, as it comes with a gamay that really pairs well with the rabbit flavor. the highlight of the night was the chocolate cake i ordered for dessert. i am biased because i have a big sweet tooth, but it may have been the most amazing dessert ive ever had in my life. overall, a 5 star experience that i will be bringing everyone back to again and again.

We visited Marmalade after a friend’s recommendation and we are so glad we did. The dinning room is eclectic and beautiful. As soon as you walk in you know this will be a special evening. Our server was so knowledgeable , not only did he make suggestions and answer questions, he and his staff explained each dish as it arrived. I loved how this 5 course tasting menu allows you to chose from an extensive list of courses. Our party of 4 had a wonderful time tasting everyone’s selections. An absolute highlight our our first trip to Puerto Rico. Will definitely return.

Great flavors and service as usual. I don’t remember being offered a blanket last time I came, but what a nice surprise if the AC is too cold. White bean soup still great. Beef tartar not the same as I remembered, too much truffle. Saffron linguini amazing. Don’t sleep on the vegan pasteles they are 💣.

We had an experience to have dinner here, all 5 course meal. Everyone enjoyed their food and service was excellent. Probably not suitable for vegetarians. Initial courses were quite salty but hotel staff including assistant manager were very accommodating and they actually came up with dish completely off menu and served and was very good. I left happy from there being vegetarian. Overall had great experience, had great deserts.

This is a Michelin Star restaurant if anywhere else located. Beautiful presentation of elevated Spanish and Puerto Rican dishes. Great menu. Excellent wine list. Really great dinning experience. Perfect service.

I visited La Placita de Santurce and honestly, it was one of the most authentic and complete experiences I’ve had in Puerto Rico. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere pulls you in. During the day it feels like a traditional local market, but at night it completely transforms into a vibrant hotspot full of music, lights, and energy. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a relaxed meal or an amazing nightlife experience. The food was excellent. There’s a wide variety of options: traditional Puerto Rican dishes, fresh seafood, meats, fried favorites, and even more modern choices. Everything I tried was flavorful, well-prepared, and generous in portion. Service overall was very good. Even though it gets busy, especially at night, the staff was attentive and efficient. People are friendly and the environment feels welcoming. What truly makes this place special is the atmosphere. Live music, DJs, people dancing in the streets, tourists and locals all together—it’s a perfect mix of culture, fun, and authenticity. You really feel the true essence of Puerto Rico. Prices are reasonable for the experience, and you can enjoy yourself without overspending, especially if you go with a group. Overall, La Placita de Santurce is a must-visit if you’re in San Juan. Perfect for food, fun, and a true local vibe. I would definitely come back.

The Adventures of La Placita I came on a Sunday night around 8pm. Walked around decided to get a drink first at El Coco De Luis. You may get overwhelmed with all the restaurants at first yet you eventually find what you want. They had a full bar so I ordered some Casa migo resposado spicy passion fruit margarita and just let the vibes of the music hit me. The location was everything you had the new school music up the block. The 90’ and early 2000’s to the left and the old school salsa and bachata to the right. With Bad Bunny playing in the middle. You just had to fi d your groove. There are many clubs and restaurants to choose from. I also tried La alcapurria Queme omg the flavors of the island. The hospitality of the people is so homely you truly become so thankful of the experience and the culture.

La Placita de Santurce is always alive. There’s so much energy in this place,music everywhere, amazing food, and people genuinely enjoying themselves. Everyone looks happy, and the vibe is just contagious. I absolutely love it. It’s so much fun every single time. What makes it even better is that there’s something for every type of crowd. Whether you’re looking for chill drinks, great food, dancing, or a full party atmosphere, you’ll find your spot here. It’s one of those places where no matter what day of the week you go, it’s still a good time. Ubers are affordable, which makes getting there and back super easy. And if you grab something to eat or drink, you can usually use the restroom at the restaurants, some places don’t even make a big deal about it, which is really nice. Overall, this place is amazing. I always find myself coming back. If you’re in Puerto Rico, La Placita is a must 💃🏻🪩🕺🏻🎶🍹

25 year+ San Juan Breakfast favorite and it’s easy to see why this spot stays highly rated. They keep it affordable (dishes ranging from $8.50-$16.50), use fresh ingredients, and definitely know how to serve up a filling breakfast without breaking the budget. The customer service was great too, which always makes the experience even better. We tried the viral Mallorca Breakfast Sandwich, the Boricua Especial, and the Drunken Pilot—and we’d absolutely recommend all three. It’s a smaller spot and fills up fast, so don’t be surprised if there’s a wait… but trust us, it’s worth it. We loved that while we were waiting, they were proactive and took our order ahead of time so that we didn’t have to wait long for our food once we sat. This never happens so this was a point in our book. There are a few locations in San Juan but we visited the Calle Loiza location. This place is worth the visit. We stopped by Pinky’s on Calle Loíza around 3:00 PM and it has been one of the best meals we have had on our trip so far. I ordered the Boricua Especial and it was packed with flavor. What really surprised us was the value. There were six of us and our total bill (including full entrées, drinks, and even the tip) came out to only $109. That’s almost unheard of, especially for food this good. Not to mention that the portions are HUGE. You could probably get away with sharing a plate. A special shoutout to Marcos, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. If you’re looking food that’s delicious, affordable, and served by an amazing staff, Pinky’s on Calle Loíza is a must visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Came here on a Thursday morning and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The portions are huge and the couple next to us got smoothies and they gave them the entire blender per person. I would recommend sharing your entree with your family if you aren’t too hungry. The food and coffee were delicious and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The bread was amazing as well. They have limited seating so eating here on a weekend morning would probably have a wait for a table. Highly recommend☕️

This was the best breakfast I have had in Puerto Rico. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, like reconnecting with family. Soul and R&B music fill the space as you enjoy every bite. We are here twice on our trip to San Juan because of the excellent food and location near our rental. This place has everything you might want: fabulous smoothies (in a really generous portion, served in a small blender), hearty sandwiches on delicious toasted bread, even pancakes. The ingredients were all fresh and tasted great. I did order my smoothies half sugar which was perfect. The space is small and you might have to wait a bit for a table, but the service is friendly and fast. Prices are so reasonable! Plus, delicious house made hot sauce!

This was an amazing experience..emmanuel was a nice and cool tour instructor..the tour lasted about 1hr. 15min. And we went to el morro took pictures and than stopped and got off on the side by el morro and took more pictures..we even found a nice big star fish to take pictures with..this is the best place to go jetskiing!!

This has been one of the best times I’ve had while here. He is the most patient kind incredible individual. Seriously the best. I don’t know even what to say, Hector is just fantastic. He is a great teacher and is constantly encouraging you; makes you feel like you could do anything. I myself am a teacher of high school and we could use more teachers like him. I can’t rave enough about this experience. Go to learn how to surf, snorkel, or tour but stay to meet a great guy.

It was a great experience. We booked at the last minute and he was more than willing to help us with directions!!!! The jet ski tour was fun, informative and very relaxing. Federico was the bomb!!!! I would recommend Wow Surfing to all of my peeps that visit San Juan!!!!

We went on our Honeymoon and it was amazing. My husband did not want to leave to come back home. Everything was in walking distance. We did rent a car, however since everything was in walking distance we didn't use it as much. The hotel has valet parking for $30 a day which is cheaper then the one across the street. It was also a peace of mind that the car was safe. The staff was super friendly, you could walk through those doors 10 times and you were always greeted. There were a couple times we did not use housekeeping as we had the staying in sign. They made it a point to callin case you needed something before 4:30. Never had that happen at other hotels, definitely a great idea. The pool area was always clean, and amazing view. There was a little passage to the beach. We did not eat at the restaurant unfortunately, but it looked amazing.

We, husband & I stayed at this (Adults Only) property to celebrate his birthday and our anniversary! We were greeted immediately with open doors as we pulled into the property! Our luggage was handled with upmost care and attention. When entering the lobby, we were impressed with the vibrant colors and modern decor. Not only was the space clean and inviting it smelled amazing! We arrived early and were given access to our room via upgraded accommodations. A+, right there! The receptionist explained the amenities of the property and we headed to our room! The room was spacious and we had a good, not great, view! The on-site restaurant, Social, served excellent breakfast options and the pool area was a vibe! Hubby and I will definitely be back!!

Condado Ocean club was such an amazing place to stay. It’s the perfect location near San Juan and the main Beautiful beaches. We had a room with a view to the ocean and it was amazing! The amenities are great with the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Everything was always kept clean and neat. And the beds in the room were so comfortable. The staff is Amazing very helpful and friendly.

The hotel's rooms, pool with an infinity view, and restaurant are good. Love the vibe in the pool on Saturday and Sunday. Bartenders and DJs are awesome. The downside: No activities during the week. We visited during a holiday weekend (Memorial Day weekend), and no activities were scheduled for that day. We brought a friend from another hotel, and the entrance was denied because the hotel was at capacity, even though the pool was empty. After a few conversations, we paid $50 each for the day pass (no discount because we were already staying at the hotel). We can see that the hotel needs better management and more innovative ideas to attract more guests and become a truly "Adults Only" hotel. Let's make the difference!

Absolutely amazing! Perfect location, beautiful beaches, kind and safe staff. The pool and cabana lounge area was just amazing. The infinity pool gave great visuals.It was a really great time for my kids free week(no kids at the pool was my favorite part🤣)!

Such a beautiful spot. I spent a few hours hiking and honestly could've stayed even longer. Wear good shoes because some of the trails can get pretty slippery, and try to get there early before it gets too crowded.

So many things to do! So beautiful. Highly recommend. Multiple waterfalls that are must see. No entry fee. Parking can be a little tricky so recommend to get there early. Britton hike was a little steep going up but worth it.

Amazing! Beautiful rainforest. We'll maintained and accessible. Staff at the visitor center were friendly and the facility was clean, informative, and offered great information. Highly recommend visiting. There are frequent locations to pull off and see various sites. Was easy to navigate for first time visitors but roads are narrow, so use caution when driving.

What an absolutely beautiful place! We really enjoyed the visitors center and then the drive up through the rainforest! This is a must do, especially if you love nature, hiking, waterfalls,and seeing breathtaking views!

If you want to fully experience the beauty of Puerto Ricos Rainforest this is a must. The higher one goes the fresher the air and cooler the temperature. The views are spectacular and cant wait yo ho back.

Absolutely beautiful!! The waterfalls, rainbows, animals and nature. Such a beautiful place to visit. If you decide to go, wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking. They also have tours available if you chose not to walk. Either way it is a gorgeous experience!

I give them more like a 4 1/2 star rating. We only ordered a few fried fritters to go. What I did like about this location was some of the fritters are cooked at that moment. That does mean waiting for some time to pass. What I didn't l enjoy about this kiosko was, the wait time can feel longer then what it really is.

If you wants some delicious alcapurias, bacalaitos and ice cold beers...and let's not forget the amazing piña colada!! Plus outback you have the beach and a guy with a horse that you give a tip to and you can ride the horse.

This was my first time to PR and first exposure to the food of the island. This kiosk/restaurant was excellent! I had chicken, rice, and fried plantain. It was amazing! I wanted to go back, but our travel plans didn't allow. I highly recommend!

We ordered combo pincho/ kabobs -chicken, pork and shrimp to share. Order took forever to arrive and pricey. All the food was dry, like it had sat out overnight , no flavor to arroz con gandules, tostones were dry , shrimp were not cleaned properly, no one came to table to offer any assistance or service. No ventilation at all- very unpleasant in heat. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to La Parrilla - kiosks #2, fabulous food and service!!!!

We came across this place while strolling through the long strip of kiosks and I’m glad we stopped here. I ordered some buffalo wings along with a pina colada. Both things were good and the prices were decent too. I will definitely have to try this spot out again while in town visiting.

Gorgeous!!! We had a wonderful time at this beach. We stayed in Fajardo and enjoyed the quick drive to Luquillo. Lots to see here in the sand. We found fish and some beautiful flowers.

Out past the rainforest we drove about an hour from our hotel at the recommendation of another beach goer and local. This beach had lots of activities, including jet ski rental. Lots of food vendors. They even have waiters to deliver your cold beverages and food. The chair and umbrella guys are quick. One thing to remember is that chair and umbrella rentals on the beach are generally CASH ONLY!

I didn't know what to expect, but this ended up being one of the coolest things I did in Puerto Rico. Watching the water glow every time my paddle touched it was pretty amazing.

Bioluminescent effect: 2.5 stars New moon night first time ever kayaking experience: 2.5-stars Whoever gave anything above 2.5 stars for the bioluminescent effect at Fajardo is on another planet. Whoever is doing the Laguna Grande more than once for the bioluminescent effect must be smoking or drinking something heavily. If you're looking for mainly for the bioluminescent effect, DON'T waste your money in Fajardo: head to Vieques on a new moon night and take the electric boat (only). You'll see the bioluminescent effect ALL THE WAY, WITHOUT need for tarpaulins over your head. It's a unique experience that cannot be captured in a photo. But, even there, keep your expectations in check; don't look for James Cameron movie type special effects. Don't waste your money on 'glass bottom' boats/kayaks in either place. The bioluminescent effect is visible only when the water is disturbed. In Fajardo, you can't see that even during the strokes of the kayaking oar. There is nothing to see in the water in the night. If you're interested mainly in night time kayaking, then it may be interesting to run into the mangroves in Fajardo and figure out how to get out of it yourself as a stark beginner. If you're doing kayaking without a guide from the tour company handling the kayak, you DO need to be (1) physically fit, (2) be able to quickly reason about the physics of oar movement and learn kayaking on the fly. The kayak companies do give instructions, but that's not sufficient for stark beginners in the night, differentiating your group from the others using colour and shape of small LED lights that are attached to the boats/vest.

Bioluminescent phytoplankton here are amazing, only a handful of places like this in the world. Go when there’s a new moon (no moon) and also low tide is a little better than high tide. Takes some effort to kayak in up the canal but definitely worth it. Many tour services at the Kayak Village, they will guide you up the canal through the mangrove trees, but not too tricky.

READ THIS OR BE DISAPPOINTED - I'd love to give these Bioluminescent Bay tours 5 stars, but this was the second time I've done a tour of a Bio Bay in the hopes of really getting a good look at the Bioluminescence, but no luck. The tour company, Tortuga's Tours, was great - well organized, excellent instructions, great guides. The problem, folks, is that the conditions need to be perfect to really see the bioluminence. It needs to be a new moon & completely dark. If the moon is out, you really won't get to see much. Luckily our tour guides knew this & brought tarps to put over us so we could kind of see the Bioluminescence when we splashed the water. Also, know that if you take the later of the tours offered you will be paddling a kayak in complete darkness through a narrow banyon grove canal with only a small light on the life vest of the person in front of you for light. The guides look after you, but it can be a bit unnerving. I thought it was cool, but a bit scary. Additionally, load up on bug spray! If you don't you'll regret it. All in all, unless conditions are perfect, skip these tours & go snorkeling instead.

This airport was named in the memory of my uncle Benjamin who tragically passed away years ago when hurricane Hugo,he flew the Air Flamenco Planes and was well known in and loved in Puerto Rico and Culebra where he resided.I can’t wait to visit my island 🏝️ Bella and go visit Culebra and fly in air flamenco it will be nostalgic to remember my uncle flying me there.

Thank goodness there is an airport in Culebra. It provides a great connection to the main island which complements the ferry. Airport terminal had AC (and it was super refreshing), the runway was well kept, and it was a short walk to transport.

Definitely fly here from SJU vs taking a boat over. Flight takes 30 mins from San Juan and you can be here by 9am for a full beach day. The play is to fly into San Juan from wherever, stay one night in Isla Grande, and take the first flight to Culebra.

Beautiful Beach. They have shops for food & drinks. A rental location for chairs & umbrelas $15 & kids sand toys $5. They do have restrooms & showers outdoor. Sand was white & Beautiful beach, very similar to Playa Buye cabo rojo incase you dont want to take the trip out to Culebra. I got tickets a day before, to head to culebra. Taxis are right outside after every ferry $5/person. We chose not to rent car and i think it was very option to stay in a budget. We stayed downtown for 2 nights which i highly recommend. Is very tiring to go n come back in a ferry for total of 2.5-3hrs. So its better to spend the night. Airbnb i recommend is the owner of the breakfast place called cafe y pan. 3mins from ferry. Do recommend to go early to beach. After 5pm bigger waves and 1 of the days we went couldnt get in water bc a lot of water currents.

Entrance fee $2 and parking by the hour. Looks like money used for clean restrooms, showers, picnic tables and benches in food area. Look for the WiFi tower decorated as a VERY tall palm tree. Beautiful sand, clear water, no rocks

We were hesitant to take the ferry but I’m glad we did it! What a gorgeous beach with beautiful turquoise water and white soft sand. This beach has facilities and food and drinks and you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Make sure to go early around 9am to enjoy the day. We arrived at noon and definitely felt we needed more time here. Regardless we absolutely enjoyed our visit!

One of greatest beaches in the world for a reason. The water is some of the bluest water I’ve seen in my life. Take a taxi since it’s not walkable from the port/airport. The locals are all very nice.

OMG Tortuguita Island is so beautiful. Fell in love with the clear water. Different activities to do like snorkeling, paddle boarding, hiking to the old light house or just sit and relax. Don't get amazed if you see some savage goats around. If you go to Culebra don't forget to book a trip to Culebrita and have an amazing day.

I spent a week at this beautiful jewel in the middle of the sea off the main Island of CULERBRA. The surf and cliffs are amazing, the reef that we anchored at was so BLUE ... The fish and the show down below was like the introduction to a Disney musical with clownfish, parrot yellow striped and neon fish swimming between beautiful waving fan Coral of purple and black... The beaches are pristine the sand is white soft and clean.... There is turtle grass to the far right corner of the bay where sea turtles can be seen swimming on the surface and Sea Ray's down below. The abandoned old light house is now being worked on, they are rehabilitating it slowly, a new road leads from the beach at the reef to the top of the hill. Most of the goats are gone but we a woke to the cries of a few left behind.... Otherwise it was just us or another boat anchored in the reef.

The location is unbeatable — literally steps from Flamenco Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Culebra Beach Villas is perfect if you’re looking for a chill, laid-back beach escape. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s not a hotel, so don’t expect daily housekeeping or room service — but that’s part of the charm. You get your own space, right by the water, with amazing views and the sound of waves all night. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and the area felt safe and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back — this place is a hidden gem!

Great place on an absolutely stunning beach! Would highly recommend staying here even though it’s pricey. Basic amenities and it’s not glamorous but you are paying for the location which is incredible. My 3rd time to Culebra and it never disappoints.

Stayed here while visiting culebra to be close to flamenco beach. The villas are situated steps from one of the best beaches on the island. Beautiful gardens and peaceful surroundings.

In late June we spent three days in beautiful Flamenco Beach. The Culebra Beach Villas are run by Michael, the property manager, a very impressive, dedicated professional that went beyond to make our stay very special. We had a birthday girl among us, and he helped us to make it even more pleasant. The rooms are rustic and cute. It doesn’t include a blow dryer, but who cares. Flamenco Beach was stunning. Truly a paradise!

Wow! Super beautiful. Make sure to bring some quality shoes and be ready to get "a little" wet. My kids had a blast swimming in the areas and I loved hiking the trails. Excellent place to visit in Puerto Rico definitely recommend. Their are some elevation changes and the staff are really good and will warn you if weather is changing.

I used to come here back when the road wasn’t paved and we had to walk through trees, mud, and grass. Now the whole area is paved and under surveillance, and the entrance cost was ten dollars. The waterfall is amazing — there are two sections here. The main waterfall has even been used in movies like A Perfect Getaway, and the second waterfall is about a 10–20 minute walk depending on your pace. It’s a great place to spend the day with friends, family, or even alone while enjoying the fresh, cold water.

I had Google Maps taking me to this place instead of the actual Gozalandia Waterfalls we were hoping for. Although they connect with each other through a treacherous trail, they are not the same place. This place is a campgrounds. Be careful not to get confused because the attendant will charge $5 per person to access the facilities and will not mention you the actual place with all the amenities expected. This campgrounds have a souvenir/snacks shop and clean restrooms. The road to the waterfalls is not paved, but it's not difficult to walk. All of this area has plenty of lush vegetation with great photo/video spots. You would not be disappointed if you are planning to camp there. Highly recommended for that purpose.

What a very nice welcome. A lady my age welcome the three of us with open arms even though we had arrived after hours. We weren't permitted to go to the falls because it was such a hike to get there. However the lady was more than happy to allow us to come engage with her peacocks and miniature chickens and baby goats. All the animals had names and came when called to. Such a very nice welcome I would recommend going here solely on this experience.

We had a great experience the day that we were there. If you pay for the amenities you have access to a small shower and a bathroom so that you can change or use the bathroom when you're done. I will definitely suggest you use a good non-slip shoes and make sure that the weather it's in your favor, Not too much rain so that you can have the best experience in this place.

Incredible beach for swimming and snorkeling. Parking fills up fast so be sure to get there early! You can also park along the road leading to the lot for free, if you don't mind a walk down to the beach.

Wow! Wow! This beach is absolutely amazing!!! So beautiful. There is not enought shade, they dont rent umbrella nor chairs, however the color of the water is turquoise and crystal clear. You can see on the background an inlet with mountain. The cost to go in is $9.00

Fun beach with clean sand and clear water. The highlight of the beach is jumping off the pier and snorkling around the pier to see all of the fishes! However, parking is crazy and I wouldn't bother visiting on the weekends. The food stands here are also insanely over priced. I would recommend visiting!

Arrive early for limited parking or prepare for a long walk. Lots of beach area and rocks and 2 caves if you can find them. It does tend to get crowded though. Definitely a highlight of my trip.

Excellent beach. Gets crowded quick. Went on a Monday and it was packed by 11 am. Parking was up the street quite a bit by that point. Even with all of the people there, you still had a decent amount of space on the beach and the water wasn't packed either. Very nice beach. Loved being able to jump off the pier too.

It is what it is. It's not horrible, but could use updating. Because it is a smaller airport I expect things go according to plans most of the time, but I'm sure if there are issues on the other end and nothing to do here, there'll more than likely be delays. There are a few food locations, but I didn't check them out. Everyone was very friendly. I do like the old world charm about it. As some mentioned, the bathrooms could use a little updating, but in saying g that, wouldn't want to lose its old world charm.

Aguadilla such a small and welcoming airport. Once you landed there’s no gate so you have to walk down a ramp to the middle of the landing road. Such a special and fun experience.

It's a small airport, but convenient for those who are from the north west and south west part of the island. Away from the hassles of San Juan Airport and traffic. Great area to arrive and enjoy the tourism and local activities.

Market Stand #2 – Buyer Beware If you're planning to buy souvenirs from Market Stand #2, especially the 3D-printed items, inspect them carefully before you pay. Once you leave the register, you may be on your own. I purchased a 3D-printed souvenir, and after paying I noticed it was broken. The item had been kept behind the register instead of on the display shelf, which now makes me wonder if the damage was already known. When I brought it to the cashier's attention, she admitted she didn't know much about the products and had to call another employee. That employee then attempted to contact the manager or owner several times, but no one answered or returned the calls. My flight was about to board, and all I kept hearing was, "I tried to call, but no one answered." There was no effort to resolve the situation, no one with the authority to make a decision, and no concern for the customer, even though it was clear the item had not been damaged by me. I ended up losing $40 on a broken souvenir. Mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of management support and customer service. Employees were left without the authority to fix a problem, and management was simply unavailable. That sends the message that once they've made the sale, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. I'd also like to clarify something about Rafael Hernández Airport in Aguadilla. Many travelers criticize the airport because it is small and has limited restaurants and shopping. However, that's not really a fair criticism. Aguadilla is not a large, full-service international hub. It primarily serves domestic and regional flights and was developed from the former Ramey Air Force Base. The airport has gradually expanded over the years, but it remains a smaller regional airport designed to provide a convenient alternative to San Juan for travelers in western Puerto Rico. The airport's size and limited amenities are understandable. What isn't understandable is poor customer service. Regardless of the airport's size, every business operating there should stand behind the products it sells and make customer service a priority. This version is professional, factual, and emphasizes that the real issue wasn't the airport—it was the vendor's lack of accountability and management support.

2 bit tiny airport nearest to my home. Used to be Ramey Airforce Base. Very limited daily flights, dates, or airline choices. Jet Blue, Jet Blue, or Jet Blue I think. Oh, and god forbid, if your flight is delayed or canceled there's no cure. You're simply screwed. San Juan is pricier and a 3 hr drive from my side of the island, but after my experience last week, I'm reconsidering choosing BQN anytime soon. The TSA and local staff truly don't give a shit. AND IT'S OBVIOUS!!
