8. SMS Communications
Roovio Users: Roovio will not use your contact information for any verification or promotional purposes.
Business App Users: Business App users will receive SMS verification codes on contact numbers associated with their Google Place Information details.
General SMS Terms: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages or get help at any time by contacting howdy@roovio.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, logos, and features (excluding User Content) are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform materials without written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
You may delete your account at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

- That the platform will be error-free
